Level Up is a workout programme for women looking to get stronger in 30 minutes, 3 days a week.
This membership provides one live class on Wednesday at 8pm via zoom and two recorded workouts per week so that you can fit workouts in whenever it suits you!
I talk to women everyday who tell me that they don’t know where to start, they don’t have the additional time needed to drive to the gym and they want to be strong again!

Following random workouts on YouTube or saving exercise videos on Instagram is NOT going to get you results. You need a strength programme that focuses on progressive overload that doesn’t take hours to do.
Some online programmes are just confusing PDFs with lists of exercises. You’re left feeling lost and wondering how to progress exercises or when move on to a new workout. I've tried online programmes and it’s hard to stay consistent when there is no one checking in with you. That’s why Level Up is a hybrid programme, you get the benefit of recorded workouts you can do in your own time and LIVE classes so you can chat, ask questions and get to work TOGETHER!
What you can expect?
I’m going to show you how you can get stronger and fitter at home in just 30 minutes, 3 times a week.
Life is busy, so every workout is full body, focusing on strength exercises with mobility and conditioning sprinkled in so that you get a great workout without spending hours doing it. The recorded workouts are repeated for 4 weeks to maximise your progress and each Wednesday the live class focuses on a conditioning workout to add in some variety.
The programme breakdown movements such as push ups, single leg squats and Turkish get ups so that each month we focus on a new movement, build the reps and increase the weights or intensity.
This programme will leave you feeling stronger for lifting your kids and fitter so you have energy to keep up with them!

I am a qualified personal trainer, pregnancy and postpartum coach and founder of Fit Mná.
I got into training to support my running and to get a more athletic look. I have helped 100s of women in person and online to get stronger and enjoy training in the gym. Then when I moved home from Dublin, getting to a gym wasn’t as easy. So I started training at home. I realised I could still get the athletic look without tonnes of equipment or hours in the gym.
Level Up was created because women who had done BABS wanted the next step. They still wanted to train at home.
