Most programmes focus on PDFs with lists of workouts, including some demo videos with no mention of labour and birth. But we know that that’s not the best way to stay active and prepare for labour, birth and postpartum.

This programme is the ultimate package as it combines strength training with yoga for pregnancy and birth with doula Lisa Joyce. Combining follow along videos, expert coaching and advice so that you feel prepared and support during your pregnancy.

Here’s how it works!

Once you sign up you get immediate access to two recorded workouts so you can get started straight away. These workouts are specifically for pregnancy with modifications for each trimester throughout. In the live class on Saturday’s at 8:15am you get coaching, further modifications, tips and have your questions answered and to fully prepare you for labour and birth Lisa Joyce provides pregnancy yoga and doula chats.

Each class is limited so you know you are getting individual support!

 All you need to get started is

  • Space in your living room, kitchen or bedroom

  • 30 mins (older kids are welcome to join in!)

  • Two dumbbells and a mini/glute band.

  • If you have kettlebells or other equipment that is a bonus!

This is a subscription based class billed €70 every month, cancel anytime.

I will always modify your workout based on your stage of pregnancy, energy levels and your prenatal considerations, so you can turn up and know you're really getting the right help.

I haven’t been very active during my pregnancy. Is this programme suitable for me? 

Yes if you are experiencing a low risk pregnancy and have been cleared  by a healthcare professional. Each class is modified for your ability, energy and gestation, we can start slowly and keep you moving through your pregnancy. 

At what stage of pregnancy can I join?

You can join at any stage in pregnancy. We can modify workouts from the first trimester right through to the third trimester.

I’m experiencing pelvic girdle pain, leaks or low back pain, can I join the programme? 

I also recommend working with a pelvic health physio for these conditions. With their advice and a collaborative approach you can get the best care during your pregnancy.

When is the live class? And what if I can’t make it?  

Live class on Saturday at 8:15am. Recordings are posted in the closed Facebook group afterwards

How do I cancel if I need to?

You can cancel your subscription through your account in Kajabi. You can cancel anytime once it is before your next billing date.
