BABS (Back After Baby Stronger) Basics
This is a six week programme designed to rebuild your foundation after pregnancy, whether you are 3 weeks postpartum or 3 years how long has passed.
This course will hep you to reconnect the pelvic floor and core with breathing, realign your posture so you can work effectively and ease aches and pains.
Progressing on to bodyweight movements to regain your strength and get back to the exercises you love
