PD is in many ways the same as Personally Identifiable Information

At User and Member Registration
When you register as a user or member, we collect your name, email address, and other information listed.
When Buying Products or Services
If you buy products or services from us, we collect data such as first and last name, email address, physical address, credit card or other payment information, phone number and health data contained in the PARQ.
Photographs
Photographs may be taken from time to time during classes or sessions. these photographs will be used for social media, website or promotional features. Consent for use of your image is included in the PARQ. Similarly, photographs of your child may be from time to time for use on social media, website or promotional features. consent is also included in the PARQ.
